If you weren’t aware, the British men’s cycling team won the gold medal in the team pursuit on the 12th meaning that the four men involved suddenly found themselvesin the ecstatic thralls of the best dayof their life. Another way of saying that sentence is: four guys wereabout to get drunk.
So, on the night of their victory, the British female cycling team decided to leave their male counterparts ahelpful note on the door of their own room.
Owain Doull, one of the cyclists who just was awarded the best necklace in the world, tweeted out a photograph of the note.

Ifthat’s too small for you to read, let me transcribe it for you:
To the team pursuit men…
As we’re guessing you’re probably gonna be drunk by the time you read this, and a few of you have already come into our room accidentally just a friendly reminder that *THIS IS NOT YOUR ROOM*
So please don’t try &get in at 4 am
Love, the girls x
P.S. If you’re really stuck, your room is <—— that way
Sometimes when you’re drunk you just need someone to show you the way.
